The Basel Spatial Omics Network connects research groups, core facilities, and scientists across the Basel area who work in or are interested in Spatial Omics.

Our goal is to foster collaboration, facilitate the exchange of ideas and expertise, and improve access to instruments and technologies within the regional research community.

We also organize an annual Spatial Omics Symposium, bringing together researchers to share advances, discuss new technologies, and strengthen collaborations in the field.
