This interactive half-day symposium will bring together researchers, technology developers, and students interested in the development and application of spatial OMICS technologies. The event will feature scientific presentations from academic and industry groups across the Basel area, including contributions from the University of Basel (Biozentrum, DBE, DBM), ETH (D-BSSE), Roche, Novartis, FMI, and BIIE.
Highlights of the symposium include:
– Presentations showcasing ongoing research, technology, and analysis developments in spatial transcriptomics and proteomics from the Basel research community
– Two interactive panel discussions
– A coffee break and networking apéro
– Short presentations from five sponsors introducing their latest technologies
